Warm-up: 1,000m Row, 2 rounds: 10x KB Deadlift, 10x Goblet Squat, 10x Back Extension with KB.

Strength WOD: 24 min. EMOM (8 Rounds of:)

  • 10x Air Squats, 4 Deadlift (80% plus)
  • 10x Air Squats, 15 Kettlebell Swing (55/35)
  • Run to the End of the Parking lot and Back, or for 40-45 Seconds

Score is Weight / Total Air Squats

Cool Down: 4x 10 GHD Sit-ups, 10 Russian Twists with a 25/15# Plate
