Warm-up:  8 Minutes: Row while partner runs block, alternate then bear crawl gym, 20 perfect push-ups
Strength: Push Press: EMOM for 10:00: 3x Push Press AHAP (Heavier than last week!)
WOD: 14 Minute AMRAP
 
15-10-5 Reps:
  • Slam Balls (30/20)
  • Wall Ball (20/14)
  • Burpees
  • Run to the End of the Parking Lot after the 15-10-5 is completed)
Cool Down: 3 Sets:  10 Hollow Rocks 10 GHD Sit-ups
