Strength: EMOM 8:00: 4x Sumo deadlift (light / moderate load – unbroken for all sets mechanics focused).  

Stamina: 3 Rounds, not for time: 30x Slamball, 15x Double arm KB Front squat (55s/35s), 10x Tire Flip. 

WOD: 4 Rounds for time: 

  • Block Run (330 Feet)
  • 16x Wall Ball  (20/14)
  • 12x Toes to bar 
  • 8x Burpees

Cool Down: 10 Rounds: 10 Hollow Rocks, Rest as needed
