Warm-up: Eastside Lap, Lunge Across Gym, 10 Burpee Broad Jumps, 10 good Mornings
Strength: EMOM: 10:00: 3x Deadlifts (Moderate weight 0.60-0.75)
Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 20x Lunges with weight, increasing each round
WOD: With a Partner, If possible. Run together for one round, split the the work up however you want.
