Strength: Benchpress, work up to a 5 Rep Max, then 1×5 at 90%, then 4×5 at 70%

WOD: 15 minutes of :30 seconds on, :30 seconds off

Minute 1: Max Thrusters 75/55

Minute 2: Max Burpees
