Warm-up: 3 Rounds: Run Block, 25m Walking Lunge, 15x Wall Ball (light)
Strength: Work to 1 Rep Max Back Squat.
Stamina (don’t post on board) 4 Rounds, not for time: 10x Max Distance Burpee Broad Jump, 20x KB Front Squat (KB in each hand, AHAP- Unbroken), 50m Banded Buddy Pull.
WOD: 4 Rounds for time:
- 400m Run
- 21x Russian Kettlebell Swing (55/35)
- 12x Pull up
Cool Down: Planks – acquire 5 minutes total of Planks
