Warm-up:  Run to W. Alabama and back, 20 Burpees, 20 Lunges Across the Gym

Review:  Wallball, Pull-ups, HSPUs, and Squat Cleans

Teams of Two
Each team will complete 10 (20 for 9:30 a.m. class) rounds of the following:
10 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
8 Pull-ups / 8 HSPU Every other round.
6 Squat Cleans (75#/55#)

One Person Works at a time. Other person Rests.

Cool Down:  4 Rounds: 10 Abmat Sit-ups, 10 Leg Levers, 10 T2b, 10 K2E
