Strength 1: Tabata Frontsquats from ground alternating with Tabata Burpees over the bar RX 115/75

Military Conditioning 1: Tabata Push-ups alternating with Tabata Sit-ups

WOD: 10 Min AMRAP

Buy in: Run to West Alabama
Then…
2 Slam Balls, 5 Jumping Jacks, 4 Slamballs, 5 Jumping Jacks, 6 Slamballs, 5 Jumpinh Jacks etc…

So 2/5, 4/5, 6/5, 8/5, 10/5 etc….

Cool Down: 3 Rounds of GHD Sit-ups x10 and GHD Static Hold (Plank Scaled) x:45 Seconds
