Warm-up:  3 Rounds:  20 Push-ups, 20 Mountain Climbers, Bear Crawl Length of Gym

Skill/Strength:  Power Snatch 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

WOD: Slamball, Kettlebell, Wallball

Line up all sizes (one of each) of Slamballs, Wallballs, Kettlebells

EMOM 7 reps of each at size. Can Start at any station. Record the highest weight.

Cool Down:  2 Rounds:  20 T2B, 20 K2E
