Warm-up: Run to JITB, Burpee Broad Jump Across the Gym, 50 Mountain Climbers, 20 Pushups

WATER

Parking Lot Sprints:  EMOM from one end to the other (can set up two separate sets every 30 seconds)

10 Sprints

Team WOD: One person working at a time, except BOTH Run the Block with one WB
Teams of 2, 4 Rounds for Time
40 Wallballs (20/14)
30 Alternating DB/KB Snatch (50+/35+)
20 Toes to Bar
10 Burpee Box Jumps
Run Around Block with WallBall (MUST RUN TOGETHER)

Cool Down:  WATER and Foam Rolling!
