Strength:  Backsquat to 1 Heavy Single, then 1 @95%, then 4 @90%

WOD:

6 Rounds:  8 Thrusters (115/85), 8 Burpees over Bar, 8 Toes to Bar

Accessory:  3 Rounds:  1:00 on/off Wall sits and Planks
