Mobility:  PVC Mobility with a partner for 5 Minutes, “Copy Cat” your partner and switch
Warm up: Partner up 500 Meter Slow Row, One Push up for every stroke
Strength: Bench Press – 5,5,3,3,1,1,1 – work up to 90% of 1RM

WOD:  “Skinny Jeans”

12 minute AMRAP:
5 front squat (135/95)
10 T2B
15 air squats
20 lunges alternating legs
30 double unders
AWOD: perform the Rx above wearing “skinny” jeans.
Cool down: Laugh, take pics in skinny jeans, and 25 GHD sit-ups.
600 p.m. CrossFit Endurance Class
Warm-up:  Run 400 Meters with Group, Indian Run Warm-up
