Warm-up:  3 Rounds: 200m Run to Audley, 10x Barbell Thrusters (45/35) -don’t drop empty barbells, 10x GHD Back Extensions, 10x Lunges with Bar in Back Rack

Strength: 8×2 Back Squat AHAP

Stamina (don’t post on board): 4 Rounds, not for time: 20x Bearhug Step up (45#/25# Plate), 7x Man Makers, 200m Run with Sandbag on Back.

WOD: 4 Rounds for time:

  • 20x 2-arm DB Ground to Overhead (40/25)
  • 10x Burpee Box Jump Over
  • Block Run

Cool Down: 3x 20 Hollow Rocks, 10 GHD Sit-ups
