Warm-up: 800m Run to W. Alabama, 3 Rounds: 10x Air Squat, 10x Goblet Squat, 10x KB RDL.
Strength: Back Squat: Work to heavy set of 4 then 5×4 @ 90% of Heavy 4. *Try for 5-10lbs heavier than last week.
15 Minute AMRAP

- 15x Air Squat
- 20x Double Unders (40 singles)
Cool Down: 3 sets: 10 Hollow Rocks, 10 Russian Twists with a Plate, 10 Super Mans
