Warm-up: Run Block, 3 Sets: 20x jumping lunges, 10x V- Up, Run Block
Strength: Back Squat: 6×4, increase weight slightly from last week (about 2.5-5%).
Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 20x DB Stepping RDL, 25m Burpee broad jump, 200m run with sandbag on back.
WOD: 4 Rounds, for time:
- 20x Wall Ball (20/14)
- 10x Toes to bar
- Run the Block
Cool Down: 5 Sets: 1:00 on/off Wall Sits
