25 Burpees to a 45# Plate

25 Pushpress (45/25# Dumbbells)

20 Toes to Bar

20 Lunges with (45/25#) Plate Overhead

Run Around Block

Time is when the last person is done with his run!

Cool Down:  Water!!!!
