Warm-up:  Run Block, Then with a Partner, do “Rock, Paper, Scissors” for 3 Burpees (Loser does Burpees, Winner does an AirSquat)

WOD – ‘Filthy 50’

For time, complete the following in order:

50 Box jumps, (24/20)
50 Jumping pull-ups (Regular Pull-ups are fine for those that can do them)
50 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
50 Walking Lunges
50 K2E
50 Push press (45/35) – Please stress no dropping of empty bars, we have some new folks
50 Weight Good Mornings (45/35)  – Please stress no dropping of empty bars, we have some new folks
50 WB’s (20/14)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders (100 Singles)
