Conditioning Warm-up:

Line up on one end

10 Burpees, Sprint to other end of gym, 9 Push-ups

8 Burpees, Sprint, 7 Push-ups

6, Sprint, 5

4, Sprint, 3

2, Sprint, 1 Push-up

Strength:  Power Clean:  5-3-3-1-1-1  (Find a HEAVY 1!!!!)

Touch and Go Only!

WOD: “Helen-ish”

5 Rounds:

400 Meter Run to Branard and Back

12 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

8 Pull-ups

Cool Down:3 Rounds: 30 Ab Mat Sit-ups, 1:00 Planks
