WOD: 6 min. AMRAP:

  • 5x Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
  • 10x Lateral Jumps over Bar
  • 15x Sit-ups

*Rest 3 min after AMRAP

6 min. AMRAP:

  • 5x Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
  • 10x Front Squats
  • 15x Sit-ups
