Warm-up: 800m Run to W. Alabama, 2 Rounds: 25m Walking Lunge, 10x Jumping Air Squat, 5x Slow Squats – Holding 5 seconds at bottom

Strength: Front Squat: 5-5-3-3-1 Build each set- Last set should be max load.
