Warm-up: Eastside Lap, then 2 Rounds: 15x Jumping air squat, 10x V- up. ROM / line drills.

Strength: Front Squat: 5×5 @75% (you should have a 1RM from last week)

WOD: 6 rounds for time:

  • 15x Wall Ball
  • 30x Double Under
  • 8x Toe 2 Bar

Cool Down: 3 Rounds:  10 GHD Sit-ups, 1:00 Plank Hold
