Warm-up: W. Alabama and Back, 20 Lunges, 10 (4 Count) Mountain climbers

2 Rounds:  15 SDHP / 15 Goblet Squats with a 53/35# Kettlebell

Strength:  Sumo Deadlift 5X1 @95% with a sprint to the end of the parking lot and back in between sets (estimated 15 Minutes)

WOD: 

  • 20 Rounds:
    • 5x Pull up
    • 10x Push up
    • 15x Sit-ups

 

Cool Down:  2 Rounds:  10 GHD Sit-up/50 DUs
