Warm-up:   3 Sets: Block Run, 20m walking lunge, 10x walking toe touch, 5x Burpee broad jump.

Strength: Front Squat 5×8. Increase weight from last week.

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 50m Sandbag bicep carry walking lunge, 16x Sandbag Get up, 14x DB Burpee lateral box step over (holding DBs).

WOD: 21-18-15-12-9:

  • Wall ball (20/14)
  • Hand Release Push-ups
  • Wall ball Sit-ups (20/14)
  • Double Unders X2 (42-36-30-24-18) or Singles X3 (63-54-45-36-27)
