Run to W Alabama, then Wall Ball Warm-up,

Have everyone grab one of each size wallball, then line them up lightest to heaviest, each person performs 7 Wall Balls until failure.

Strength/Skill: Push Jerk:  5-3-3-1-1-1

WOD:  Can Be Done Solo or with a Partner

7 Rounds:  18 Back Squats (135/95)

Run Around the Block

If with a partner, you MUST run together!
