Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, Lunge Across the Gym, Burpee Broad Jump back, Good mornings and Review of Deadlift

Strength:  Deadlift 5X7 (Heavier than last week!  We promise the process works!)

WOD:  4 Rounds Total (4:00 each/Rest 2:00) 

Round 1: 4 Minutes to:  Run the Block

Perform 8 Snatches (anyway!):  75/55, Then Max Burpees Over the Bar

Round 2: 4 Minutes to:  Run the Block

Perform 6 Snatches (anyway!):  95/65, Then Max Slam Balls (30/20)

Round 3 : 4 Minutes to:  Run the Block

Perform 4 Snatches (anyway!):  115/75, Then Max Burpees Over the Bar

Rounds 1: 4 Minutes to:  Run the Block

Perform 2 Snatches (anyway!): 135/95, Then Max Slam Balls (30/20)

ARX is 4/3/2/1 Snatches: 95/65, 135/95, 155/105, 185/135

Cool Down:  Wall Sits:  5 Sets:  1:00 on/off
