Skill:  Review Clean and Jerk Methods/Warm-up

Strength:  Clean and Jerk – 1-1-1-1-1

WOD:  6 Rounds:

2 MU (ARX) or 4 Pull-ups/4 Ring Dips (RX)

6 Lunges in Front Rack (155/105)

12 Lateral Jumps over bar

Cool Down:  3X1:00 HS Holds or 4 Wall Walks
