Warm-up:  800m Run to W. Alabama, 3 Rounds: 25m Bear Crawl, 10x Strict Push-ups, 3x 10 Second DownDogs

Strength: 8×2 Bench Press

Stamina (don’t post on board): 1 Round, not for time, Complete in as few sets as possible: 100x Bench press with empty barbell (45/35), 100x Supine Ring Row, 100x GHD sit up.
