Warm-up : 3 Rounds: 250m row, 10x BB Goodmorning, 10x KB Sumo deadlift high pull.

Strength: Sumo Deadlift 5×5 @ 75%, Super set with 10x Jumping Lunges in Between

WOD: “Chief”

5 Sets, 1 min rest between sets:

3 min AMRAP:

  • 3x Power Clean (135/95)
  • 6x Push up
  • 9x Air Squat

Cool Down:  2 Rounds:  10 V-ups, 20 Ab Mat Sit-ups
