Warm-up:  5:00 Row/Bike/Run, 3 Rounds: 1:00 Plank, 15x Ring Row, 15x 4 Count Mountain Climbers.

Strength: Cleans (yes, Squat) – 5-3-3-1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Stamina: 5 Rounds not for time: 10x Ring Push up, 20x Slam Ball over the head toss (Max Distance), 20x Wall Ball Sit up.

WOD: 2 Rounds for time:

  • 50x Cal Row or Bike
  • 40x Kettlebell Swing (55/35)
  • 30x Wall Ball (20/14)
  • 20x Pull up
  • 10x Burpee Box Jump (24/20)
  • Run Block
