5 X 7/3 – Five rounds increasing in weight 7 Backsquats followed immediately by 3 Front Squats

AMRAP 16 Minutes: 

Buy In: 50 Calorie Row/Bike/Ski

Then, 7 Dumbbell or Barbell Thrusters (35/20 DB or 95/65 BB)

7 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
