Strength: Thruster: Work to heavy single, then 1 rep @ 95%, 5×1@ 90%

WOD: 5 Rounds for time:

  • 10x Overhead Squat (115/85)
  • 10x Box Jump
  • 30x Double Under

Cool Down: 5 Rounds: 1min. Max effort Flutter kick, 30 seconds rest, 1 min max effort sit ups, 30 seconds rest.
