Warm-up:  W. Alabama Run. 3 Sets:  6x Inchworm with push up, 6x Renegade row. 

Strength: 6 Sets: 7x Bench Press (Moderate Load)

Stamina: 3 Rounds, not for time: 10x Burpee – slam ball, 20x 4 count Mt. Climbers, 50m KB carry (one arm Overhead, other arm, Front rack carry – switch arms at 25m). 

WOD: 6 Rounds for time: 

  • 30x Double under 
  • 15x Pushpress (45/25) 
  • 10x Box Step Ups (24/20) (45/25)

Cool Down: Assault Bike:  EMOM10:  20 Seconds on, 40 Seconds off.
