Warm-up:  400m Run, 18-14-10: Goblet Squat with DB, DB Snatch, Push up.

Strength: Overhead Squat: Work to a 1 Rep Max (Suggested Warm-up:  10 Empty Bar, 6,4,2 with added weight, then proceed with 1 Reps)

WOD: 5 Rounds for Max Burpees:

2:00 Work/ 1:00 Rest

  • 8 Clean & Jerk (135/95)
  • Max Burpees

*Complete the 8 clean and jerk and go right into Burpees. Count TOTAL Burpees.

Cool Down: 20 AbMat Sit ups, 20 Mountain Climbers X3 Rounds
