Warm-up
Partner Sprints while the other person does: Plank Holds, Pushups, Air Squats
(So, 3 sprints for each partner)
Skill/Strength
Bench Press – 3X5
WOD – “Lucky Sevens”
 7 Rounds for Time
7 Dumbbell Thrusters (45#/30#)
7 Pushups on Dumbbells
7 Burpees
Cool Down
50 Ab Mat Sit-ups FOR TIME (as fast as possible)
