Warm-up: Block Run: 3 Sets: 10x Front Squats (empty barbell), 10x Good morning (empty barbell), 10x Hang Squat Clean (empty barbell) – Please don’t drop empty barbells
Strength: Work to heavy Clean, then: 4×3 AHAP, 2×2 AHAP. TnG and yes, Squat!
Stamina (don’t post on board): 4 Rounds, not for time: 8x Romanian Deadlift (185/115), 20x Burpee- Pull up, 30x Slam Ball.
WOD: 6:00 AMRAP
- 6x Thrusters (95/65)
- 10x Lunge Steps (in place, not walking)
- 6x Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
- 10 Air Squats (all the way below parallel and extend hips at top!)
Durability: 5 Sets: Wall Sits 1:00 on/off
