Warm-up:. 5 Rounds:  10 Double Unders, 5 Burpees, 10 Air Squats

Strength: 10×1 Back Squat AHAP

Stamina don’t post on board): 5 Rounds, not for time: 20x Single arm KB Overhead Squat (10/each arm), 50m Sled Push, 30x Sledge Strike.

Work Capacity: For Time:

50-40-30-20-10:

  • Slam Balls (30+/20+)

25-20-15-10-5:

  • Burpees

Cool Down: 5 Sets:  10 Hollow Rocks, rest as needed
