1200m team run around Eastside- everyone runs
80 Front squats (135/95) – one person works at a time
12 rope climbs (sub 3 Pull-ups or rope raises for every rope climb)
800m team run to W. Alabama – everyone runs

60 Back squats (135/95) – one person works at a time
9 rope climbs  (sub 3 Pull-ups or rope raises for every rope climb)
400m team run to Branard – everyone runs
40 OHS (135/95) – one person works at a time
6 rope climbs  (sub 3 Pull-ups or rope raises for every rope climb)
