Warm-up: 1000m Row, then 3 sets: 5x Renegade row, 16x Alternating Single arm DB snatch, 20x Mountain Climbers.
Strength: Bench Press: 7-5-3-3-1: Increase weight slightly from last week on all sets. Last set of 3 should be heaviest set.
Stamina: 3 Rounds, not for time: 20x weighted push up (45/25) right into 30x bodyweight push up, 20x Strict Chest to bar Pull up, 200m Double arm KB front rack carry (44/25 per arm).
