Warm-up:  Run to W. Alabama and Back. 20 Lunges across the gym and Burpee Broad Jumps across the gym

Strength/Skill:  Weighted Front Rack Lunges 8,8,8,8 (from the Rack)

WOD: AMRAP 15 Minutes

1 Squat Clean/Thruster

1 Lateral Jump Over Bar (Both Feet leaving ground and landing at same time)

1 Double Under (or 2X)

2 Squat Clean/Thruster

2 Lateral Jump Over Bar (Both Feet leaving ground and landing at same time)

2 Double Under (or 2X)

Cool Down:  Handstand Holds:  3 rounds: 1:00 on/1:00 off
