Jog around Block

25 light slam balls

15 slow burpees

5 pull-ups as slow as possible

 

Skill work:

Practice skill of your choice for 8-10 minutes.

 

Choose any of the following:

 

HSPU

Handstand walks

Pistols

Muscle-ups (bar or ring)

Double-unders

Triple-unders

 

WOD: “Chipper Pollan”

100 air squats

90 double-unders (180 singles)

80 alternating lunges

70 push-ups

60 Russian twists (45# plate – boys Rx; 25# plate – girls Rx)

50 Abmat sit-ups

40 Burpees

30 deadlifts (135# – boys Rx; 85# – girls Rx)

20 pull-ups

10 hang power clean (135# – boys Rx; 85# – girls Rx)
