Warm-up:  2 Rounds:  20 Push-ups, 20 Mountain Climbers, Bear Crawl Length of Gym
Skill/Strength:  Power Snatch plus an OHS 1-1-1-1-1 (Estimated 15-20 Minutes Max)
WOD: Slamball, Kettlebell, Wallball – 7 reps EMOM in 3 Stations
Line up all sizes (one of each) of Slamballs Under Pullup Rig (10-15-20-25-30-35-40-50-80-100),
Wallballs on Turf (4-6-8-10-12-14-16-20-25-30),
Kettlebells lined up in center of Rig (10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-53-60-70-100)
EMOM 7 reps of each at size. Can Start at any station, but split evenly to keep everyone moving. Record the highest weight completed for each movement.
Cool Down:  2 Rounds:  20 T2B, 20 K2E
