Warm-up: Eastside Lap, 3 Sets:  8 Goodmornings, 8 Romanian Deadlifts, 8 Downdogs

Strength: Deadlift: Work to 1RM then, 1×20 AHAP. – No resting at top of reps.

Stamina (don’t post on board): 10 Rounds, EMOM – Sled Pull to the End of the Parking lot, 100# Drag

WOD: 2 Person Teams – Split up WORK however you want, but everyone runs once during relay

50 Clean and Jerks (115/75) (total)
200m relay to Audley or (if out the back) to the Front of the New Building and Back

(So ONE person runs and then comes back and the other runs, don’t start barbell until 2nd Person returns)

50 Bar Push Ups (total)
200m relay to Audley or (if out the back) to the Front of the New Building and Back

50 Power Snatch (total)
200m relay to Audley or (if out the back) to the Front of the New Building and Back

50 Deadlifts (total)
