Warm-up:  10 Rounds: 10 DUs (20 Singles), 5 Burpees

Strength: Bench Press: Work to 2RM then, 2×18 AHAP. – No resting at top of reps.

Stamina (don’t post on board): 3 Rounds, not for time: 20x Ring Push up, 30x GHD Sit up, 5x Rope Climb

Work Capacity: 2 Rounds for time:

  • 50x Double Unders (100 Singles)
  • 40x Kettlebell Swing (55/35)
  • 30x Slam Ball (30/20)
  • 20x Wall Ball  (20/14)
  • 10x Burpee Pull-ups

Cool Down: 4 :  15 Hollow Rocks, Rest between Sets
