Warm-up: 800m Row, 3 Rounds: 25m Bear Crawl, 3x Wall Walks, 10x Kettlebell Swing.
Strength: Push Press: Work to 3RM then, 2×17 AHAP. – No resting at top of reps . (18 Minutes-ish)
Stamina (don’t post on board): 5 Rounds, not for time: 10x Hand stand Push up, 10x Muscle up, 50m Gun Walk.
Cool Down: Planks: 5 X 1:00 on/off
