Warm-up: Eastside Lap
Strength: Deadlift : Work to 4RM then, 2×16 AHAP – No resting at top of reps.
Stamina (don’t post on board): 3 Rounds not for time: Farmers Carry (uneven) around the Block, adding weight each round
20-15-10-5 Slam Ball (30/20) (50/30)ARX
5-10-15-20 Kettlebell (70/53) (100/70)ARX
Run to Audley Corner (front of gym) or Run to the Front of the new Building next door (if out back door) in between each set
***So, 20 SB, 5 KB, run, 15 SB, 10 KB, run, etc.
Cool Down: 5 Sets: Planks: 1:00 on/off
