50 Dumbbell Squats (50/35) – Hold a Pair of Dumbbells on Shoulders However

40 Lunges – (50/35) – Hold Dumbbells in Hands at Sides or Shoulders

30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35) – just one

20 Shoulder to Overhead (50/35) – 10 Singles on Each Side

10 Hang Squat Cleans (50/35)

Around the Block Dumbbell Farmer’s Carry (50/35)

Cool Down: Planks/Wall Sits – Alternate between each with 5 Sets each at 1:00
