Strength:  Bench Press: 9-7-5-3: Increase weight each set.

Stamina: 4 Sets, not for time: 20x Alternating arm Incline DB Bench Press (AHAP – Unbroken- Resting arm in extended position, 15x Supine Ring Row, 10x DB Burpee – Clean and Jerk.
