Warm-up: Eastside Lap!  One Step Squats across gym, Bear Crawl Back, Toy Soldiers across gym, Lunge back

 Strength: Clean (yes, Squat) and Jerk!  1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (17 Minutes-ish)

Please don’t drop any bars with 10# on each side – even 2 10# plates on each side – USE THE 15# Plates!  Work with a partner, increase weight each time, cheer each other on, PR!  Any kind of Jerks!!!!

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: Uneven Farmer’s Carry to the Dumpster and Back – Attempt for not setting anything down during your carry!  Rest between sets.
