Warm-up: 3 Sets: Block Run, 10x Stepping mountain climbers (increase speed each round), 10x Burpee, 10x Goblet Squat.
Strength: Back Rack Reverse Lunge: Alternating legs, 4×16 (8/side) – 1:00 Rest between sets. Weight should stay the same for all 4 sets – manageable but challenging. (about 17 minutes max)
Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 20x Slam Ball, 20x Goblet Squat (70/55), 15x GHD Sit up.
WOD: 4 Rounds for TOTAL time:
- Block Run
- 20x DB Snatch Alternating (50/35)
- 10x Toes to bar
- Rest 2:00
Cool Down: 6x 1:00 Planks on/off
