Strength: Push Press: Work to 3RM

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 20x (10/side) Single arm Kneeling Landmine Press, 10x Weighted Deadhang Pull up, 100m Bear Crawl.

WOD:  on a 25 Minute Clock
